Notes:

This Subpart deals with relocation planning and the early detection of relocation problems. Material dealing with businesses based on the 2002 National Business Relocation Study, influenced some of the changes in this subpart. The study specifically noted the need to do a site availability study and conduct in-depth interviews with potential displaced businesses to detect problems and seek viable solutions before displacement.
