Notes:

The training will briefly review background material including the purpose of the original legislation. We will cover how the rule has evolved and then address the content of the latest rule, going over the main changes sequentially as they are found throughout the rule. The introduction will cover Subpart A revisions, most of which are located in the definitions section. The actual application will be covered in the appropriate Subpart.

Statutory benefit limits remain the same - the modified regulations may result in some changes in how benefits and services are delivered.
