Supervision of Appraisers Example 3
This organizational chart has the Real Estate Chief (*) supervising the Chief Appraiser, Acquisition Chief, Relocation, and Project Manager.
The Chief Appraiser supervises Appraisal and Appraisal Review. The Acquisition Chief supervises Negotiations and Condemnation Unit.

(*) Person in this position is not routinely involved in negotiations activity and has no direct responsibility for the supervision and performance evaluations of appraisers and review appraisers.
