Question:
If a 180-day owner opts to rent a replacement dwelling, their rental assistance payment (RAP):
Is capped at $5,250.
Is based on their actual rent payment.
Can be increased if their rental amount increases.
The RAP cannot exceed the calculated purchase supplement.
