1/ Except for $511,200,000 of the Minimum Guarantee that is exempt from the Federal-aid highway and highway safety construction obligation limitation, amounts shown are subject an across-the-board cut of 0.8 percent pursuant to section 122 of division J of the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2005.

2/ The limitation shown is equal to 80 percent (292/365ths) of the obligation limitation on Federal-aid highway and highway safety construction enacted in title I of division H of the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2005. Pursuant to that Act, the obligation limitation is subject to reduction by an across-the-board cut of 0.8 percent pursuant to section 122 of division J and FHWA's and BTS' shares of the working capital fund reduction pursuant to section 197 of division H.
