Federal Highway Administration Report to the American People
This report explains
how the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) has worked with others over
the past year to plan, build, preserve, and operate our nation's transportation
system. We've contributed to new construction and reconstruction projects,
the preservation of federal and Indian lands, the building of quiet pedestrian
bridges, improvements to bridge superstructures, and analyses of safety
barriers. In each of our activities, we at FHWA work with our partners
to preserve and enhance our nation's transportation system and help to
grow a stronger America. Read more by selecting a topic from the list
at the left of this page.
