Project Description:   This contract shall provide for nonpersonnel engineering, technical, and administrative support services required to effectively accomplish the objectives of the Federal Highway Administration's Long-Term Pavement Performance (LTPP) research program.  Services may require the provision of staff and the procurement of material.
Goals:   The key project objective is to provide onsite technical support for the Long-Term Pavement Performance (LTPP) program.
