Project detail
Project Description:   The research will attempt to develop an approach for model components, estimating models to test each hypothesis, identifying data limitations and making recommendations for data collection, and developing the framework for a national passenger long-distance model.
Goals:   The key project objective is to explore new ways to simulate behavior of long-distance passenger movements.
Test Methodology:   Modeling
Expected Benefits:   The expected benefits are more effective and less costly methods for national, multimodal passenger surveying and forecasting.
