Project Description:This project will develop a concept-of-operations document for Vehicle-to-Infrastructure (V2I) safety applications. The contractor is tasked with engaging the stakeholder community, conducting workshops, identifying applications and user needs, and developing appropriate documentation that describes the concepts of each application.
Start Date: September 6, 2011
End Date: January 31, 2013
Goals:The key project objective is to develop a concept of operations for Vehicle-to-Infrastructure (V2I) safety applications.
Test Methodology: Literature reviews, conduct workshops and interviews, develop written documentation.
Expected Benefits:The expected benefits are the identification of end-user needs and a description of potential Vehicle-to-Infrastructure safety applications.
