•     Managed the Colorado DOTÂ’s structural operation including design, construction assistance, inspections, asset management, policy and standards, rating and overloads, and fabrication inspection. The inspection and asset management programs included state and local agency major bridges, state minor bridges, and overhead sign, signal, and high-mast-light structures.

•     Over 16 years experience in bridge and retaining wall design, repair, and rehabilitation
