Mega Projects Planning Tools. The Wisconsin DOT has developed strategies that may be used as a management tool for a STA to proactively plan ahead to identify which activities to employ on a mega project. The strategies may also be used as a planning tool for budgeting resources and implementing identified activities. When used effectively, this approach serves to make Civil Rights efforts both a Department objective, and a Mega Project Team objective.

**Please note – The activities described in these documents may not be the same for all STAs. The activities are intended to be used as a planning tool.
