Who Are We?
• The Central Atlantic Bridge Associates (CABA) is a non-profit industry organization of prestressed concrete bridge beam manufacturers in the mid-Atlantic region who are material sources to the Departments of Transportation in New Jersey, Delaware, Maryland, Virginia, and Pennsylvania.
