Instructions:
Please consider the balloted item for adoption by the PCEF committee as Construction
and Production Region-wide Standardization Issues.
Cast one vote (A, B, or C) for the attached balloted item after coordinating
within the inter-departments of the division. We strongly encourage all DOTs
to participate in this ballot to facilitate this effort of economical fabrication
within the region. Please sign, date, and return completed ballot by mail /fax
on or before July 20, 2001 to the attention of subcommittee Chair, Lalith Galagedera:

Ballot Options:
Select option A, if all the items listed in the balloted item are acceptable/approved.
Select option B, if some of the items are acceptable. Select option C, only
if totally disagreeable. In order for option C to be considered valid, an explanation
for disapproval shall be included in the ballot by July 20, 2001. If absolutely
necessary, additional time to provide support documentation shall be granted
on a case by case basis.
