Robb L. Pilkington

Robb Pilkington is the Operations Branch Chief for the State Emergency Management Agency. He is responsible for directly supervising the State's response to major disasters and emergencies through the coordination of all state agencies in the State Emergency Operations Center. Robb is also responsible for the supervision and direction of the agencies training program, exercise program, communications, radiological planning and the response to terrorism and Weapons of Mass Destruction. Robb has a Bachelors Degree from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, California; a Masters from the University of Missouri-Columbia; and Doctoral work from Oregon State University. He is a former Assistant Professor at N. E. Missouri State University (now Truman State University), and is a Commander in the US Navy, Reserves.
