Special Federal-aid Funding

February 2013

The Disaster Relief Appropriations Act of 2013 provided $2.02 billion for FHWA's emergency relief program, which is available to reimburse states for certain costs resulting from natural disasters or other emergencies. On February 15, FHWA made allocations to 36 states and three territories as noted below.
