Description of Accessibility to Employment Equation

For each origin zone within a district accessibility is computed as the total number of jobs at destination zones that are within the specified travel time threshold, multiplied or weighted by the origin zone population divided by total population within that district. The accessibility value is summed over all origin zones within each district.
