Centreville, DelawareAbstractCentreville is seeking to find a way to preserve and revitalize their historic community and protect surrounding open space. The Centreville Village Plan will develop a land use and transportation master plan to guide future development and transportation improvement decisions. The plan will result in changes to the New Castle County Unified Development Code to allow "village type" residential and commercial development in unincorporated areas.
