The Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) will not solicit discretionary applications for the Fiscal Year (FY) 2003 Transportation and Community and System Preservation Pilot (TCSP) Program. The Congressional Conference Report accompanying the FY2003 Omnibus Appropriations Act designated $89.65 million ( FY 2003 TCSP Project Conference Report Amounts) for 139 TCSP projects. TCSP funds are only authorized for Fiscal Years 1999 through 2003, therefore, FY2003 is the last year of the Transportation Equity Act for the 21st Century (TEA-21) authorized funding for the TCSP. No further applications will be solicited until further notice. |
