The purpose of this message is to request grant applications for additional funding available in FY 2010 under the Transportation, Community, and System Preservation Program. Application information is detailed in the enclosed memorandum from Associate Administrator Gloria M. Shepherd and the accompanying attachments.
The State's project applications must be submitted electronically by the Division and are due to Headquarters by March 5, 2010.
