Track B: Building the Knowledge Base Through Program Evaluations |
| The TCSP Program is designed not only to stimulate innovative activities, but also to assist others in learning from the experiences of TCSP grantees. An important part of any TCSP project is therefore a systematic evaluation of the project, including its outcomes and impacts as well as the process by which it took place. Speakers at this session discussed how to prepare and implement an evaluation plan for a TCSP grant, and provided examples of specific evaluation activities undertaken in Hartford, CT and Washington, D.C. |
