Plenary Session: Perspectives of the TCSP Program from Partner Organizations |
| The original motivation behind the creation of the TCSP program was to integrate a broader range of systems, community, and environmental goals into transportation planning. The successful accomplishment of this objective requires the cooperation of the agencies with primary responsibility for transportation planning - including state departments of transportation (DOTs), metropolitan planning organizations (MPOs), and transit agencies. All of these groups support the TCSP program and are undertaking activities to complement the goals of the program. |
