The Federal Lands Highway Office, on behalf of the Federal Highway Administration and the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT), cordially invites you to attend a half-day One-DOT Outreach/Listening Session on the Federal Lands Highway Program (FLHP) addressing the 1998 Transportation Equity Act for the 21st Century (TEA-21). The purpose of the Session is to provide an overview of the FLHP provisions contained in the TEA-21, answer questions about the TEA-21, and obtain input on implementing the FLHP under the TEA-21. The Session is a follow-up to the FLHP Focus Meetings held in 1996 where input was received for the TEA-21 legislation.
