Financial Manager

Carol Taylor - The Financial Manager provides advice and recommendations to the Division Leadership Team, State and local transportation agencies and the general public on the operation of the cooperative Federal-State highway transportation program. Specialized activities include information resource management, planning, accounting, auditing, management and organization, contracting, managerial and financial reporting, and providing financial management advice and assistance.
