The Financial Specialist assists the Financial Manager in providing advice and recommendations to the Division Leadership Team, the State of West Virginia and local transportation agencies on cooperative Federal/State highway programs. Among other responsibilities, the Financial Specialist assists in the overall financial management program of the Division Office, including the FIRE Program, FMIS, RASPS, budget monitoring, conducting financial program evaluations and preparing special financial reports.
