Description The project will modify the existing interchange at Interstate 96 (I-96) at Cascade Road to a Diverging Diamond Interchange (DDI) and provide significant operational and safety improvements. It will also include Congestion Mitigation and Air Quality (CMAQ) funding due to the reduced congestion and improved operational capacity associated with the DDI.
