| Description | The Minnesota Department of Transportation will construct a signalized Restricted Crossing U-Turn (RCUT) Intersection also known as a SuperStreet intersection at the intersection of Minnesota State Highway 65 and Viking Boulevard NE (this is also Anoka County Road 22). This project will demonstrate the first signalized RCUT in the State of Minnesota and in this region of the United States. This project will improve traffic operations and enhance safety. | |
