Element Significant Errors
Element Significant Errors: Errors that cause the data file to be rejected and returned for correction. A new data file must be submitted within 15 business days.

| EN | There is a duplicate element submitted. |
| EN | There is a duplicate element submitted for the same parent. |
| Tag | "FHWAElements" tag is missing. |
| EN | There are no elements submitted. |
