Element General Errors: Errors that require correction and resubmittal of data as soon as reasonably possible but not later than the next year's submittal.

| CS1 | CS1 - Value is missing. |
| CS1 | Value for CS1 is not a whole number. |
| CS1 | CS1 must be greater or equal to 0. |
| CS1 | CS1 is not a valid number. |
| CS2 | CS2 - Value is missing. |
| CS2 | Value for CS2 is not a whole number. |
| CS2 | CS2 must be greater or equal to 0. |
| CS2 | CS2 is not a valid number. |
| CS3 | CS3 - Value is missing. |
| CS3 | Value for CS3 is not a whole number. |
| CS3 | CS3 must be greater or equal to 0. |
