Inventory Reasonable Value Checks
Reasonable Value Checks: Review these flags for accuracy of the data values. Correct any true errors and resubmit the corrected data as soon as reasonably possible but not later than the next year's data submittal.

| L.1 | Load rating method indicates no load rating required; inventory load rating factor is reported |
| L.1 | Load rating method indicates no load rating required; operating load rating factor is reported |
| L.2 | Operating load rating factor is missing when load rating method indicates load rating is required |
| L.3 | Inventory load rating factor is missing when load rating method indicates load rating is required |
| L.4 | Tunnel posting status indicates all load posting signs are in place; ALL posting values are missing |
| L.4 | Tunnel posting status indicates "other" load restrictions are required; load rating method indicates no load rating analysis is required |
