#78313: Over the Fence From the Lincoln Cemetery

Over the Fence From the Lincoln Cemetery

Surrounded by a black iron fence with a simple, engraved stone marker, the grassy Lincoln Cemetery is the resting place of 30 members of the U.S. Colored Troops as well as many of the town's earliest black residents, reinterred when the town’s “Colored Cemetery” was cleared for development.
