What We Offer

The Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) offers an extensive catalog of learning and development programs - accessible to all employees, at all grade levels - through its Office of Human Resources Talent Development Division. In fact, FHWA has developed a culture of learning that emphasizes the message that every employee is a leader. It is no mistake that this culture of personal, professional, and organizational development has enabled FHWA to continuously be recognized as one of the Best Places to Work in the Federal Government®.

FHWA offers opportunities for:

  • Core/Soft skills, emotional intelligence (i.e. communication, time management, self-awareness)
