AASHTO Eecutive Director Francis B. Francois plans to retire on February 1, 1999. Frank will be completing more than 18 years as AASHTO's chief staff official, capping a long and distinguished career of public service that has included leadership in many national and international orgnaizations and as an elected official in his home community of Prince Georges County, Maryland. All of Frank's friends and colleagues are welcome to attend this reception and dinner in his honor.
