This appendix represents a summary of States' responses to the October 10, 2014 FHWA memo requesting information from State DOTs regarding the performance of the ET-Plus in the field (http://safety.fhwa.dot.gov/roadway_dept/policy_guide/road_hardware/memo_eplus_wbeam101014.cfm).
