Serves as the Mobility and Safety Team Leader and the Division’s Safety Engineer.

The Mobility and Safety Team Leader oversees all functions related to safety, traffic, freight, transportation system management and operations.

As the Division’s Safety Engineer responsibilities include the Strategic Highway Safety Plan, the Highway Safety Improvement Program, roadside safety hardware, rail-highway crossing program and hazardous elimination.
