| Description | Missouri Department of Transportation and the City of Mexico will reconstruct a portion of Holt Street that is deteriorating with compacted concrete pavement, and upgrade to ADA compliant sidewalks. This project addresses the FHWA’s Every Day Counts (EDC) Initiatives of Pavement Preservation and Safe Transportation for Every Pedestrian and focuses on the construction techniques involved in pavement construction using the innovation known as compacted concrete pavement. | |
