Description The Oklahoma Department of Transportation will replace a traditional diamond interchange over Interstate 40 in Elk City, Oklahoma with a Diverging Diamond Interchange (DDI). After selecting the DDI from four different alternatives for this area and will provide benefit the nearby community with improved mobility, efficiency, and safety for all modes of transportation including pedestrians and heavy truck traffic.
