  1. What is the purpose of this Notice?  This Notice is to provide supplementary tables related to the following FY 2013 apportionments pursuant to the Moving Ahead for Progress in the 21st Century Act (MAP-21), Public Law (Pub. L.) 112-141:

    National Highway Performance Program
    Surface Transportation Program
    Highway Safety Improvement Program
    Railway-Highway Crossings Program
    Congestion Mitigation and Air Quality Improvement Program
    Metropolitan Planning Program

  2. What do the attached tables show?

    1. The first attachment is the Table of Contents for the supplementary tables, which provides information on where to find specific program data.

    2. Tables 1 through 15 show the funding breakdowns, including set-asides, suballocations, and limiting amounts by program.  The tables also identify the Fiscal Management Information System (FMIS) program codes and associated statutory references.

  3. What action is required? Division Administrators should ensure that copies of this Notice are provided to the State departments of transportation.
