* 23 U.S.C. 505(c)(1) permits States to set aside a percentage of State Planning and Research funds that is agreed to by 3/4 of States to carry out the Future Strategic Highway Research Program (FSHRP). The last agreed upon percentage was valid for FY 2013 and FY 2014. This table will be updated to reflect FSHRP in the event that 3/4 of States approve a new percentage for FY 2015.
