the workforce planning functions of the Administration Service Business Unit's
Office of Human Resources.

change amends Part II (Organization and Functions), Chapter 15 (Administration Service Business Unit), Section 2 (Office of Human Resources), to reflect
that the Office of Human Resources provides leadership and expertise in identifying
staffing needs, and in developing, implementing, and promoting a comprehensive
workforce planning process for the agency. In addition, a minor wording change
has been made in the office's mission statement.
