System Congestion Trends - Rural: There was an increase from 4,672 to 6,115 from the years 1993 to 2000.

 

System Congestion Trends - Urban Interstate: There was an increase from 12,627 to 14,986 from the years 1993 to 2000.

 

System Congestion Trends - Urban Other Freeways and Expressways: There was an increase from 8,771 to 10,407 from the years 1993 to 2000.
