Tax rate also includes 1 cent environmental
protection regulatory fee to be used for the
Underground Storage Tank Financial
Responsibility Fund. This fee is suspended
whenever the balance of the fund exceeds
$8,000,000 and reinstated whenever the
balance falls below $5,000,000.
