Built for Success
Established in 2009, the FHWA’s Office of Technical Services (OTS) remains committed to its foundational mission–providing expert technical assistance, cutting-edge training, and innovation deployment. In 2017, OTS added a new team to its two, already established units–the National Highway Institute (NHI) and the FHWA Resource Center (RC). The Knowledge Management (KM) unit came to fruition this past year and launched significant efforts to better connect FHWA’s workforce and more efficiently share knowledge. This site highlights the key accomplishments of all three OTS units during 2017.
