This image shows four maps of Martin and St. Lucie counties. Each map shows the same area with different kinds of development under the four scenarios developed. Each map shows different development patterns. The "edge" scenario map shows new development tightly clustered at the western edge of with much less dense development in-between. The western parkway scenario shows a much less dense and more sprawling development pattern. The contained edge scenario shows more infill development to the east and a clear boundary to new development. The buildout scenario is a projection of current development patterns.
