Exhibit 11-3 has three pie charts that show the percent of bridges by owner. The first chart, by numbers, shows that 50.93 percent are owned by local governments, 47.06 are owned by States, 1.52 are owned by the Federal government, and 0.48 are privately owned or of unknown ownership. The second chart, by ADT, shows that 85.98 percent are owned by States, 12.79 are owned by local governments, and 1.24 are owned by the Federal government, are privately owned, or are of unknown ownership. And the third chart, by deck area, shows that 74.86 percent are owned by States, 23.38 are owned by local governments, and 1.76 are owned by the Federal government, are privately owned, or are of unknown ownership.
