Exhibit 11-40 has three pie charts that show the percentages of deficient "other" material superstructure bridges. In the first one, by number of bridges, 58.22 percent are non-deficient, 20.49 are functionally obsolete, and 21.29 are structurally deficient. In the second, by traffic carried, 61.08 percent are non-deficient, 25.29 are functionally obsolete, and 13.63 are structurally deficient. And in the third chart, by deck area, 73.80 percent are non-deficient, 15.23 are functionally obsolete, and 10.97 are structurally deficient.
