Exhibit 11-9 has three pie charts that show the percent of deficient bridges. The first, by number of bridges, shows that 72.01 percent of bridges are not deficient, 14.20 are structurally deficient, and 13.80 are functionally obsolete. The second, by traffic carried, shows that 72.45 percent of bridges are not deficient, 7.79 are structurally deficient, and 19.76 are functionally obsolete. And the third chart, by deck area, shows that 72.14 percent of bridges are not deficient, 10.05 are structurally deficient, and 17.80 are functionally obsolete.
