Exhibit 13-1 is a bar graph that shows the percent change in travel and demand from 1969 to 1995. The vertical axis has 9 bars, one for each kind of travel demand. The horizontal axis measures percentages from 0 to 200 in increments of 50 percent. Person miles traveled increased about 145 percent from 1969 to 1995, person trips 160 percent, household vehicle miles of travel 165 percent, household vehicle trips 162 percent, household vehicles 142 percent, workers 75 percent, drivers 70 percent, persons 35 percent, and households 60 percent.
