Car Availability
Exhibit 14-2 is a bar graph that shows car availability. The vertical axis measures percentages from 0 to 120 percent in increments of 20 percent. The horizontal axis has three bars, one for each kind of transit use. For those who use bus and rail, 32 percent have access to a car while 68 do not. For those who use the bus, 28 percent have access to a car while 72 do not. For those who use rail, 51 percent have access to a car while 49 do not.
