Exhibit 19-9 has two pie charts. The first, for CMAQ obligation levels, shows that 44 percent is directed to transit, 33 to traffic flow, 8 to other, 5 to STP/CMAQ, 4 to shared ride, 3 to demand management, and 3 to pedestrian/bikes. The second chart, for the number of CMAQ projects, shows that 43 percent are for traffic flow, 21 for transit, 10 for shared ride, 9 for pedestrian/bikes, 7 for other, 6 for demand management, and 4 for STP/CMAQ.
