Exhibit ES10C is a pie chart that shows revenue sources for highways in 2000. 42.5 percent came from motor fuel taxes, 16.2 percent from motor vehicle taxes, 15.0 percent from other, 13.4 percent from general funds, 8.7 from bonds, and 4.2 percent from tolls.
